RESERVATIONS

We require 50% of the total safari to make firm bookings and the balance can be transferred atleast 14 days before the tour departure date.

CANCELLATIONS.
Any monies paid will be refunded on early cancellation, less the cost of cancellation fees levied by hotels or lodges and bank charges. Late cancellation will be subject to a charge of 25% between 35 and 15 days, 50% between 14 and 5 days, 75% between 4 and 2 days 100% on 48-hr. cancellation of already booked tour.

RATES
Include, all expenses in respect of vehicle and driver as per itinerary, table d' ote meals on safari, entrance fees to national parks and reserves.
